It has truly been a “labor” (maybe not so much “of love”) and it is nice to put that one to sleep. It started with a visit to a Los Angeles restaurant in 2015 and was completed and submitted to different publishers in 2022. The final revisions were completed 1 year ago and the manuscript was sent to the printers. I still wanted to do some “minor” revisions even after the final manuscript was sent to the printers but the publisher said they would break my hand to make the last revision. I guess that is the sign of a true artist: they never feel their work is ever completed.
The book is available through Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Target, Morgan James Publishing, and others “where fine books are sold.”
A second book has been accepted for publication and is at the editors. I’m sure I’ll make some changes after their review. My hand is finally doing better!
